Is this black WII the latest version of Wii and does it work with Wii Fit?

This is the latest version, manufactured in 2012. The box does not state whether or not it is compatible with Wii fit, though I imagine it would work just fine. Perhaps check product descriptions online?

This Wii definitely works with Wii Fit (all Wii consoles do). The system itself connects via the same Bluetooth that the controllers do.

Mostly it charges up to 6 PS3 controllers and comes with other stuff...

I have not opened the box yet, but the auction at the colonist have opened or to only display the box. Regardless, the system is brand new and has never been used.
