Yes actually you can. I have already been told by mods its fine because it technically is a handling charge. Free is only to be shipped out. There is NOTHING in the rules prohibiting a fuel surcharge. Just so you know many listia users charge !ore for shipping because they have to travel to the post office. Thank you for your comment but I know how listia works. My old (hacked) account had 100&% feedback and no one ever gave complaint with the local pickup. I prefer to meet in a public place for my safety which requires fuel therefore fuel charge.

The city listed is where I work not where I live. Nearest post office to my house is a twelve mile drive. My truck gets less than ten miles a gallon. Fuel and postage aren't cheap. And just so you know there are THOUSANDS of MYSTERY items in n here. Now I'm blocking you. Go be a pain somewhere else. I don't appreciate your attitude.
