Colorful Bright Stars brand infant car seat toy. Attaches by Velcro on each side of infant seat "handle" or you can use it with baby's swing, play yard or bouncy seat. It's battery operated and plays music. I will include the batteries that are in it right now but they are almost dead & you will probably have to replace them soon. It takes 3 357/303 batteries (see pic). I used it with both of my kids until they outgrew the infant car seat and I only had to change them once. The first two pics show the front & back view of the toy. Another pic shows what the Velcro straps for attachment look like.
