But it doesn't look like any of the drum sets he's used. Different pieces, no logo, and no stamp. You keep saying it was bought at the festival, but was it bought at a certified memorabilia stand/shop or at a small fan stand?

If you have ever been to The Fest, you would know they have a Fest table that sells everything that is in the magazine. This pin was bought at that table. If you don't think it's Ringo's set, then please move on and DON'T BID!
