Hi, There is a tear, you can see in the pic, on the front page. The inside is taped and the pages have some yellow. There are some stress tears/lines at the staples but the binding is intact and tight. I think there is also a strip of tape along the bottom of the right corner, the backside there is a discoloration where the tape is....you can see in the pictures. They are actual scans that are not altered. You can also see in the back picture that the pages don't align. Thanks for the question. Good Luck!
