I'll ship it for free - it's really lightweight and I mean to say it's on a lanyard. You put the end of it into your USB port on your computer and I don't really know any more than that as it's been a long time since we got it for our son and we don't have any literature on it I'm sorry to say.

It works. There is no cord. It just has a USB connection and you stick it directly into your computer.
