I'm glad u asked. I will tell you, Gold filled jewelry is a solid layer of quality gold heat bonded to an internal jewelers metal. It has great characteristics of solid gold in that it is extremely long lasting and if taken care of will last a lifetime. Do not compare to gold plated as there is no comparison. Thanks for asking.
