One authentic Build a Bear brand heart embellished and also with red sequins along the bottom skirt for your Build a Bears. Very nice piece. I am tired of trying to piece outfits together, so I am doing a lot of them with just a piece at a time. :) Sorry about pics. My camera had something on the lens. There are no marks, etc. on the item that I have seen
