The fold-up sheets are green and have the photo from the cover on them. The normal letter sheets are lined and have hamsters and little clovers around the border.

Sorry there isn't a photo of the inside.

It is 5 11/16 inches wide and 7 7/8 inches tall. It looks to be about the size of most Japanese letter sets I've seen.
