Here are 8 tiny crochet butterflies out of embrodary thread. I sometimes like to use embrodary thread because there are different colors from crochet thread. These can be sown on little or big hair bows for a child or adult. Nice to put on pillow cases, magnets, button covers as someone mentioned to me, etc. Thank you for looking at my auction and Happy bidding on Listia.

OH! I have JUST the thing for you! Your butterflies are adorable (I crochet as well) with Turkish thread. I just discovered it (I use steel hooks with it) and can't find it in the States to save my life. It's extremely beautiful and strong. Email me if you'd like the contact info for the person I use in Istanbul. She's very, very reasonable and people go nuts when they see this stuff worked up in things I do like small purses, etc.

To clarify, I use the Turkish thread by itself but most often with regular mercerized cotton thread and even regular yarn. The thing about this stuff is that the flecks of sparkle colors are IN the thread as a separate thread. It's hard to explain but it comes in tons of colors and mixes of colors. I just got another order of "Festive Sparkles" that you might be able to find from Sunnymailbox on eBay. Let her know I sent you. I'm just working with getting my work online and I'm referring to her with things I create in crochet and clay using her thread. Hope this post isn't deleted! Just helping out as one artist to another :-)
