In the year 1943 the Unites States issued the steel penny because the copper was needed for World War II the steel look is actually the result of the mint using a Zinc coating. These Steel cents are in great shape! Nice eye appeal. No GIN on this one sorry.

They are uncirculated. They have not been re-dipped. You are seeing them like that due to the lighting in the pictures. If you see them with your own eyes you will be able to tell they are not re-dipped.
