This is a brand new clutch with a solid metal ring attached to go around your wrist! I bought it for myself a few months ago, but I already have way too many accessories and I haven't used it. It has beautiful silvertone hardware on it, and great detail! Since it still has the tags, it is all ready to start its life with you! Hi there! It is a smoke free home, but I do have one dog. She is a greyhound, so her hair is very short and she isn't very smelly. I can assure you that the clutch is in great condition and funky-odor free(-:
