The listing, Marcy's First Tiered Super Auction has ended.

This auction will start at 0. For every 1000 points, I will add something to the auction. It is not necessarily makeup item...it could be a variety of things. I will list as I add so you know what will be going up. There will be larger bonus items at 10,000

Some of these might be gift bags of items, larger priced items, and also possible gift cards. As always, free shipping and the sky is the limit for how big this will gift. The last super auction I have involved $150 in gift cards. 2 packages totalling 50 pounds of items which totalled $60 in shpping.

I definitely know you won't go wrong! I will add a whole variety of living items.
We will bonus' from day to day. and I encourage you to get involved.

I will add pictures as we go.

First item up is a beautiful necklace. Pictures will be taken after every 10 items.

Even my smaller auctions...I always stuff the box with extras....I have two auctions that ended this week...I'm not even gonna break even on them...but that's ok...I stuffed them full of extras...I'm shipping anyway..might as well put some more to help in there!
I just don't understand the listians who are out to rip people off...that was the INSPIRATION of this auction...to do good. I just GIN'ed an auction last week so I could have something for my son's birthday. It took someone 10 days to ship and then they said I was took sensitive it's not about customer service it's about the credits. So that is the exact reason why I chose to do this a month ago, and it keeps happening. I want to show that people CAN DO GO ON HERE!!!!

Even with the 6.0 earthquake early this morning and all this 70,000 bidding, still can't dethrone the Queen of the Hill, Gorgeous. At least we got some more goodies and bidding bonuses added in. Looking forward to 750,000. 6 more days to go!

Fun Listia Fact: The highest ending auction I saw was an auction similar to this by Lexismimi (I think I might have spelled it wrong). Her auction ended well over 1 million. I haven't seen her here lately. :-(

Okay Fun Fact for today: When Listia first started 5 years ago, the points were so few and far in-between that a $10 iTune gift card went for like 101 points and a new Wii went for only 7802. I'm sure we would all drool over that kind of buying power. :-)

LMAO Kathy, you know something...my whole life....I tend to cause trouble wherever I go. It is 99 percent of the time on accident. Like this, I just started a little old auction. I was happy when it hit 50,000. And then BAM!!!! It just took over. Well, if I told you that I'd have to kill you....oh I am sorry...that is entirely a joke!!! Actually Listia started as a way to trade items you are done using yourself and then recycle them on to other people. So that is the basis of this whole concept. I use a variety of methods. Stores, high end garage sales, friends and connections (not drug connections but purse and retail connections who know what I love) I have a reputation, Goodwill, flea markets, my family and friends, other Listians, my own collections,and more.....well as far as shipping....this got out of hand, so shipping will be up to $200 and it will be hard on us, but we will have to make it work. I wish I could ask for donations for shipping, but that's not how it works lol...and it's just part of this deal. So I offered free shipping and I am giving free shipping, I am good for my word. I am thankful to have such an auction happening and I am thrilled to be hosting it. There is some responsbility to go with that, and so be it! Thanks for the interest!

It will get in there.....I will also add one or two more here at the end....we have added a Calvin Klein Makeup Bag with a gift card for the 100,000 bonus and then I showed a Coach purse (smaller one) which is the bonus for reaching 600 fans if everyone can help me get closer there. I have such cute party stuff for today......I will take a picture of more freebies and then of the candles I have!!!!

Thank you....I am feeling stressed today....Just went to wal-mart and spent $297 ugggg.....pinatas, pizza, juice, cake, junk, and stuff to make a memorable 10th birthday...my parents are on their way to help me stuff a boy pinata and a girl pinata...and to hang decorations...and that flu bug is still biting at me....I am feeling a bit dizzy....why would it be today....yes..let's have some bids...and when I went into town..I picked up a BUNCH of gift cards to random areas......so come on people.....let's open up those coin pursestrings...I fer sure have opened up mine...and I stopped by the High end consignment store too..I have to stop going there...came out with a gorgeous Kate Spade....I almost want to keep her.....

I was thinking I would do after men's day....sewing/hobby day. But there is already some beautiful fabric in there. our penneys has a sephora store...I have always walked right around it....to get to the kids dept. never had a need.....I have one lipstick..one blush...one cover up and one mascara to my name just in case of funeral, wedding, party or interview...otherwise...I do not wear it.....
I have a very nasty ex-husband...from years ago...and in June...everybody involved with the children had to have full psychological examinations....and the psychiatrist actually wrote in her report...which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard...but she wrote in her final findings. "Patient was not wearing makeup." Lady had never met me before and I saw her for an hour and a half total and all she could come up with is. "Patient was not wearing makeup." My lawyer got that thrown out. Makeup I will say is nice on a lot of people. And then a lot of people wear it wrong. But I have just chosen over the years to wear it probably 6-8 times a year...and that is my "normal" I actually like to buy it sometimes with intentions of trying to wear it, but I always look goofy not myself...so it stays in the drawer....but I will certaintly go to the Sephora counter for all of my lovely Listians. In fact....I am kind of excited...it looks like kind of fun stuff....I love fashion....and that stuff looks so cool...just look clown-like when it's on me. :) I can't wait to go tomorrow for you guys though! It's fun to buy for presents. I even like buying makeup auctions on here! Not sure why...but it's fun...I think I'm giving you guys too much info. about myself lol.

Tina, First of all, thank you for all of your support and hard work at the beginning of the auction. Everybody should thank you for getting this off of the ground. 2nd of all....I have already started buying things for the 2nd Part of this auction...and some are amazing!!!!!!!! I had an auction about 4 months ago go for 750,000 but it was a different kind of auction....it ended sadly...the top 2 bidders got rude with each other.....both broke listia rules...I had worked my taile off...they both got booted off listia...and I got stuck with all of this stuff, no points and a huge broken heart...it took me months to heal. However, this one is different...only good people here, with true hearts. a whole different feeling and tone...this one is fantastic! I am lovin' it!

Alright! We made the Coach purse in for the winner. And I realized that I forgot to do a fun fact for yesterday and I need one for today.

Yesterday's Fun Fact: Listia Reward Store used to sell Amazon (and even Best Buy) gift cards at 1,000 to $1. They were trying to curb the inflation of points. As a side effect, everyone and their mom got into a battle about what the points were worth. So Listia stopped putting a number amount (GIN) on their amazon gift cards. As you see, the inflation has continued to grow. But regardless the truth is that points, much like dollar bills is just a piece of paper, they are in a sense not real. Therefore, points are very much relative and there's no point in arguing about the value of a point. If you are happy, then bid the amount of points you like and have, and hopefully win the auction. :-)

Fun Fact for Today: Listia was growing very fast at one point and wanted to emphasis local pickup. So they offered some pretty cool stuff for pick up at their headquarters in Mountain View. CA. I think like new TVs, gift cards, etc. I was lucky enough to win a Kitchen Aid 4.5 mixer from them. When I finally picked it up, I got 2 free shirts as well since hubby was with me. I still wear mine. :-)
