4. Backing out…I will no longer allow it, you bid and win, it’s yours. If you decide not to pay shipping or provide address within 7 days, the credits are still mine and I will relist if I decide. I will not refund payment for shipping cost or refund credits just because you decide you don’t like it or you didn’t fully read the item description or these rules.

7. I ship First Class Mail unless otherwise specified and the shipping will most likely reflect it.
