I know mine does. It also has little cat nip drawers in it if you want to lure him to it. Mine isn't affected by catnip I was just lucky he likes to groom himself without having to be tricked into it.

i have an outdoor cat he never comes inside do u think this work on a cement porch?

I don't know why not. Indoor cat or outdoor cat they are still the same loving creatures who like to groom or be groomed. I don't know if it would stick on cement though you might have to use a stronger glue to secure the base. Hope I helped

My cat loves his. Uses it all the time. Must feel good since he won't let me near him with his brush. Soon as he sees the brush he is gotta there. The chase is on. LOL
