U can go and get verified trough Twitter, facebook, or phone and u will get a badge and u will keep getting badges faster after that if that helps

She still does not have to send it out if your address is not verified. If I were you, I would just block these people. An account can be verified by Facebook, twitter, etc. But if your address is not verified then the seller does not have to send an item to you no matter if you bid and win or not. You must go to the site from a computer to verify your address. Address sent through email are not acceptable. Just some info for these people that are confused!!
