This is an adorable red and black polka-dotted dress and we used it for taking our little girl's pictures with Santa! They turned out great!!! She looked beautiful in it and we paired it with a big red bow on a headband top of her head and shiny black shoes! I included a close-up picture of the bow on the dress. It is in like new condition with no stains, tears, or snags. The top looks like black velvet (and I thought it was!) but it isn't. I really liked it because of the extra ruffle layer (is it called crinoline?) underneath! It buttons up the back. :) We have a smoke-free and pet-free home.
