The listing, VINTAGE WEDGWOOD BLUE COMPACT PILL BOX THREE GRACES OR MUSES CAMEO ON LID has ended.

This is a vintage pill box from about the 1950's or 60's. It features a cameo top: a "wedgwood blue colored" resin with the Three Graces of Greek Mythology in white. The box is gold tone metal, it is oval, hinged and closes tightly. It measures 2 1/8" long by 1 1/2" wide by 3/4" high. Thank you and Good luck!!!

It is not wedgwood or even jasperware - I believe it is a resin that was poured into a mould. It seems like a very hard plastic. I was made to look like Wedgwood and is the same shade of blue. Thanks!!!
