The title describes this as a coin holder. You can see the slot for placing coins in pic 2. There is a black stopper in pic 4.There is a small sticker thats says made in China. ( gold, oval, small)
He is in good condition, but craftsmanship "looks almost hand made. ???
Your guess is as good as mine! I don't know if he is vintage, or valuable, honestly. However, he is simply adorable!
I did look closely at the eyes and you can tell he is hand painted ( not manufactured.
