Yes it has the old distressed vintage look. Each of their shirts are designed different some may have fading or holes frayed edges etc. Thanks for the question.

Is this true to size or is it more like a women's large? I'm a tad bit on the chesty side :)

They are made to be fitted. I put the measurements in the description. It would fit a 36" probably a large C maybe a small D. I hope this helps it does stretch some.
