Motorola blur android 16GB smartphone. Will power on only when a charger is connected and will not boot up past battery level screen. More than likely probably just needs to be re-booted and rooted. The screen was and still is almost flawless as seen in pics. Takes a sim and had contract through T-Mobile but once rooted can be changed I believe. The battery seems not to be very good and it shows the marker on it red but as for the phone it is perfectly white. It is 4g and had Windows on it. Not sure the version. It has a 5 megapixel camera. You can either get it rebooted or use for parts. But will probably be an excellent phone to someone that wants it and will give it a little TLC. Does not come with charger.
