includes... user manual, 1 base/battery, 3 cartomizers/cartridges, 1 carrying case, and 1 usb charger (book shows it came with a wall adapter but it didnt). Approx charging takes 2-3 hours for full battery to be completely charged. The box that it comes in does have a little ding on the side from being stored in closet. This is used, cartridges have been cleaned off the best way I know how, refillers are around $12.99 for 5.
