FREE: The Great Gatsby (GREAT CONDITION!)

F-W-B- Hope u fan back.... In 2006 my husband and I was doing foster care and we had a boy staying with us that was a year older than my son but they were both Seniors and they had to read this book and then be tested for a final grade. My son always had trouble reading and understanding what he read and our foster boy just didn't want to read it, so we sat down and I read one chapter and then we talk about the high points of that chapter and we all put are 2 cents in. Then our foster boy read the next chapter and we talk over his chapter and then my son read his chapter and we did this over a 3 evenings when we got done... We talk about the whole book the main points of the book the main ones in the story....Both boys ace the test......The teacher ask them how they done it and they said if mom wouldn't have came up with the idea we probably both would have flunk it.

continue from first comment: and just the other day my son and I were talking about this book and i said how I would like to read it again and my son said he would like to read it also...He is 26 and has never read a book by himself...So it would be really something if he did. Both my husband and I love reading. I have read probably close to a 1000 with all the favorite author I have. I have 6 favorite's and I have read everyone of there's and i won an auction of a book off of here about 2 months ago and it was so good I bought the next 2 off of amazon and I think the last one came out the beginning of this month........ But was excited when I saw this one and saw free shipping which not to many do.... Thanks for a nice auction.......
