The lace is stretchy so it might. You also might consider taking out the under wire in the chest.

No sorry. I sent a Cookie Lee Jewelry brochure to someone in Canada the other day and even through it weighed only about 4 oz. it cost me over $8.00. People who live in Canada don't realize how expensive it is for us to ship to you. Much cheaper for you to ship to us. Shipping would cost me more then the item itself. Sorry.

Which of these two (This and the large) Would fit someone with a smaller waist, and larger chest? I just wish to have something figure fitting if I were to bid on either one of these, I know it's not needed, but The two measurements of my chest and waist are,
Chest: ~ 39 in

I would go with the larger one. It's a teddy and hangs like a dress so I would go with the one that will fit your chest. It would be awful if it fit your waist but was way to small for the upper portion. Hope this help. :-)

Yes it does. It can be a little fitting but it does hang like a skirt so if your a little bigger on top it will probably fit you very well.
