13.5 inch dog collar for a small pup. I cant use it for our yorkie (you shouldnt either since when yorkies wear those they can have a collapsed trachea - happened to my cousins pup =( Anyhow, this was a gift for our dogs - its for a small dog up to 20 pounds etc. Purple, snazzy... cute

my yorkie fits the description, as she wants to race ahead on a walk, so I could see that happening easily with a collar around the neck. We get the harness for both our mini doxie and yorkie, the ones we found work best where they cant shake themselves out of are Pup Crew... excellent brand. Latches behind on their backs..paws step into the harness and it also has a Velcro latch for extra protection. We've been through them all...and many of them our yorkie would get loose.... good luck chasing! I would just stop, drop to the ground and she would come back and I'd grab her quickly. But ever since we got this harness, neither of them shake out of them. Awesome brand... =)
