Is this solid gold 10k or is it plated. What is the silver pl mean. Is that silver plated and also what is the gs253 mean

i looked at the description provided by the ebay seller and i guess the material is metal so i guess yes its plated and there is no discription for the gs235 it is on all my ebay winnings though. sorry if this was no help
