I've decided it's time to liquidate my Mourning collection. Most of it will go on ebay, but thought I would offer a few pieces to my fellow Listians, as points may come easier to a lot of us these days than money. I started this collection about 20 years ago after the death of my daughter. But it's time to move on.This is an antique bakelite mourning cameo worn during full mourning.Circa 1910.It has the old fashioned c clasp on the back.Approximately 2 1/2" in circumference, so about 1/3 larger than a silver dollar. It's part of an award winning collection (sweepstakes, best in show and best adult). Hard to let these go, but it's been almost 20 years. if anyone is interested in my ebay name, pm me.- My collection will begin to be parted out starting sunday the 3rd.
