You also need to have all hormones checked. Esp. thyroid and female hormones. No Dairy, very low sugar (try to stay with natural carbs), no artifical sweetner, test your body for night shade, gluten & corn intolerances. Find a doc that knows about candida and get tested. Pray, Pray & more Prayer. :-) I am not perfect but I would say 80 % inproved. I had to crawl up stairs 9 years ago. I was in so much pain I would cry myself to sleep after several hours of laying in bed. I prayed to die. Now I have hope but still struggle. Each person is different. It is a very long journey. You really need to get to know your own body like never before. Also DESTRESS your life. Simplfy your home cause you just can't do it any more (learn your limitations). Get rid of drama in your life. I should write a book Yeah right - I have so much advice and learned so much over the past 9 yrs. What state do you live in? email me the answer please for privacy (if you don't mind sharing).
