its easy, great for beginers. they have downward dog, high lunge, wide legged forward bend, childs pose, cow pose, upward dog and other easy ones

I am not familiar with the poses. Do you think a disabled person may be able to do some/any of them?

it really depends on your disability, theres alot of stretching in diferent directions. there are standing poses, sitting, on your side, and laying down. theres also a bit of bending in the legs, back, arms and neck
