no box it has ear plugs u just turn it on and turn the sound to where you want it . it dose not need to be plugged in to your tv or anything thanks for dropping by

doesn't conect to any thing you plug in the ear phones and turn it on and it picks up the sound of the tv. it works really well. as always thanks for dropping by
