I don't know that, but you might be able to find out on the swatch bijoux website. They make watches and other jewelry, probably most from the same type of metal. It's definitely not a cheaply made ring!

Hope the bidding picks up a bit! Swatch rings are made from stainless steel (just looked that up) and the cheapest i can find was $44
