The listing, 18k Charm has ended.

18K Charm. It belonged to my grandmother and she was catholic. Looks like it might be the virgin Mary or one of the saints. Not sure though.

to bad I don't have enough credit.... it does make me curious what it is. Before I read the discription I thought it was St. Anthony Patron Saint of Lost things. He is usually depicted in a brown long robe, holding the infant Jesus and whispering in his ear. I remember part of his prayer saying

Oh loving St. Anthony, whose heart is full
of human sympathy, whisper the vicinity of my mislaid into the ears of the Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms, and
the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.

I can't attach a photo of St. Anthony or I would! it has a lot of similarities to yours
