This was a prank gift.) the arms are weighted. Meaning that if you press on the arm without the football the football goes in the up. This is an official NFL collectible for the New Orleans Saints. It is an excellent figurine for fans, will make an excellent gift for friends or family that are fans.(Bubblegum NOT included. Lol. Gum pack was used to show sizing.) All Listia rules apply.
