West Branch Dairy (Iowa is possible place where made, but I am not sure) Pasteurized milk, Phone 132, and Walter Kephart, milk bottle cardboard cap about 1 3/4" in diameter. Looks to have possibly been from a old glass milk bottle. I ask to look at the pictures. Item looks to have been on a milk cap. Item is in good shape with minor issues such as staple in the cardboard or mark or stain on the back. Thank you for looking.
