At the ripe old age of 19 my boyfriend and I decided that we we'rent gonna find anyone better and it was time to settle down. Deciding that no diamond in the world could top this ring, it became my engagement ring and later would be my wedding band. But he was a very serious guy. And I, on the other hand, cannot be serious for more than two minutes without telling a dead baby joke. We broke up and I met my husband two days later! We have been married for almost eleven years now. I guess the moral of the story is: don't settle. Don't settle for a man who is too serious, don't settle for a ring that is too "blingy." Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but silver is her soulmate. So, if you've found Mr. or Mrs. right but can't afford a diamond, don't settle, get the silver you really want! If you're still with Mr. or Mrs. Wrong, get this for yourself, you deserve it. This ring was made from a genuine Oneida sterling silver spoon and will endure everything from hand washing to doing the dishes without getting dull or turning your finger green. It is a size 7, but fits up to 7 1/2 and I found a brand new pouch to send it in which could also be used as a cute lil clutch bag or change purse (see last photo.)
