oh, then I guess I just thought it was a pc game. I'm sorry, I really never actually played it in a while so I really don't know which is which. but that game is the one the winner gets.
the twisted metal game was in the pic, but it wasn't very clear. when I took the pic, I was in a rush due to work and I didn't get to take the pic of the game alone. when I was going to take a pic of the game itself, it was already too late because the auction was ending soon. I would've uploaded the actual pic but I don't have much internet access.
you are getting Twisted Metal, unless you are interested in one of the other games I have that I'm able to send. I can send one, but not all of them. the easiest to send would be Twisted Metal, so I put it in the auction.
I had pc games, and I thought that Twisted Metal was one of them. I do have other pc games at home, its not a false auction. The title says "Game" meaning only 1. I said "some old pc games that to my knowledge don't work very well" because yes I do have pc games that don't work very well, and of them you get 1 as declared in the title. As I said, I was in a rush when I first put this up, and I couldn't go back to make any changes due to hardly ANY internet access. you should have asked before you bid over 10000 of your credits on it.
if i win i want my credits back for false auction it clearly says in your auction Some old pc games that to my knowledge don't work very well..and has a pic of a bunch of game that are old pc games and twisted metal is not in the pic image at all.........
If there wasn't enough info in the auction for you, you should have asked questions. you don't need my permission to post questions under the auction. If you would have asked, I would have told you the exact same thing that you get Twisted Metal.
If anyone thinks I'm rip-off with my auction, check my feedback rating. 100% with over 30 auctions. Just because I was in a rush and made a mistake in this auction does NOT mean that this is a false auction. you still get a game. And if you didn't like only one game, you shouldn't have bid. I put "Game" in the title so everyone would know that that's what you get.
if you send monkey island 2 , indiana jones ,day of the tentacle, hi the road, full throttle , monkey island , star wars, both tie fighters , doom and the loose floppy disc. we can call it good since thats what i bid for and i can tell you for shore that marcus87947 was bidding for the pc games in the photo too not twisted metal we can not see ... if you can't send them or won't send them then i like to get my credits back. and won't be happy they got held up for nothing since i could use them for an auction i would get ....
You make sure an auction is what it is before you bid a high amount of over 10000 for it. I'm sure listia would agree. The title says "GAME" not games. The Twisted Metal game was part of the games. you only get one. That's what it is. not the full lot. I never said you specifically get every single one. I for one thing cannot pay shipping for all of those games. that's why I said you get ONE according to the title. check my feedback. If I'm such a rip off, then why don't the other bidders think so? You simply went to an auction that was only for games that hardly work in the first place, bid over 10000, then say I'm ripping you off if I don't give you the whole lot?? the title says it all. Game. not Games.
it says nothing about twisted metal , maybe you should read your auction aging and see what you think if you came across this and maybe i just saw this auction at the last hour and half ... by this (Old Video Game) looks like you forgot the 'S since you added this in your auction (Some old pc games that to my knowledge don't work very well)
I didn't say you get ALL of them. I already said I put "some old pc games that to my knowledge don't work very well" because you get ONE of them. I didn't forget to add the "S" to "Game", I put it there on PURPOSE! I didn't "add" the Twisted Metal game to the auction, I said that it would be the game I send out. UNLESS you want 1 other different GAME. I can give you a list of the games I have that I can send for free. I just have these other pc games in the pic because I am very busy, I was in a rush as I told you before. (The Twisted Metal Game was in that collection, I just wasn't able to take a good pic of it due to work) then, you bid 10000 on it, and I can't make any updates because the auction was ending soon. I'm not forgetting anything. I'm not taking away anything. the auction is what it is. "Old Video GAME". As I said, ask before you bid. that's what I always do on here before I bid a huge amount on something that doesn't even work very well in the first place.
then what was the "false auction" thing about. I'm not making this a false auction. you just bid on something without asking about it. I'm aware that my description was a bit vague, but I was in a RUSH. I have a life besides listia too. so I had to put the description in the auction and take a quick picture of it. If you'd like to see proof that I have the Twisted Metal game, I can find some time to take a picture of it and send the pic to you. the only reason those other pc games are in the pic is because they were a part of another collection. just because you can see it in the pic doesn't mean you have to get it all. I didn't even say you get ALL the pc games. I just said there were pc games and you get one (the auction's TITLE)
I know that already. But with Seller wings and cooperating with the listers I bid off of, that proves I have been cooperating and NOT putting up false auctions and NOT ripping people off.
Or you could take responsibility the proper way for what you bid on without asking questions. I did the same thing when I first started. you can't always have your credits back when you are the one making the mistake. I at least made sure to put it in the title that you only get one game. If you thought you get all of them and thought I forgot the "S", you should have asked about it BEFORE bidding.
Buyers get a FULL REFUND of credits: If an item won on Listia is not received or significantly not as described in the listing. If a seller changes the listing terms (as outlined in the description) after it ends, and the buyer disagrees.
