will these grow in ZONE 7? What kind of soil is best? Will it have planting and care instructions. How long to maturity?

question 1 is yes. question 2 is sand or dark black soil or even clay or rock soil, question 3 is yes i send out tips from other customers. question 4 is about 10 years.
