Very easy to grow & produces very tasty edible seeds for eating or for bird feeding! Germinates in 10-14 days. To harvest the seeds, cut the flower heads & hang upside down to dry in a warm place when the backs of the flower heads yellow!Very stately plants. Great when planted as a hedge or screen behind shorter plants in a sunny garden!
