This unit it used to transmit 12v DC over Ethernet cables to devices like network IP cameras or wireless access points. This unit is used, but in great working condition.

The brand appears to be Intellinet. The model numbers for the two pieces are: MS-POE-IJ and MS-POE-SP12. I hope this helps
