There are 2 small tears at the back seams of each sleeve. It was like that when I bought it. I had the intentions of repairing it to wear, but I never did.

Possibly. There really isn't much wiggle room in how tight to tie the wrap. Otherwise, the v in the neck would be pretty open. If you wore a tank underneath I think it could work.
