These cookies are perfectly chewy, light and refreshing but have such a great sweetness about them too. They also tasted good unsandwiched, but the white chocolate cream cheese frosting just made them divine!!Winner will receive the recipe via Listia Email, so there will be no need for sending personal email addresses after auction.
