How do you use it? I saw people feed it to their cats, but I've also read that it's not good to feed to them.

you just put it on the floor or any surface and your cat knows what to do with it some cats it makes them get all playful and some cats it does nothing to but it is very good for them and their digestive system and can be given to them a couple times a week and will help them!
