I beleive you can us for either one it all according in your choice of cards or you may have to call the carrier to change the plan thanks

And as far as i am concerned, prepaid phones get a phone number when they are active, and once the airtime card runs out and you dont add another airtime card, you lose your number, and the company gives it to someone else..... Sure, your phone might still say a phone number, but that doesn't mean it will be your number when you activate it.......

NO it has not got any time on it and as long as you add time it is fine AND I AM SURE WHOMEVER RECEIVES IT, would want a local phone number ANYWAYS! and what is the point in this COMMENT !! do you have a particular question you are trying to ask?? if you have concerns then this auction may not be for you!! after all i am giving it away for FREE!!
