It said lavender can be and rosemary. And I'm about to post a 15ml bottle of Rosemary. (Rosemary is a primary ingredient in most skin and hair products) But lavender oil is listed under the hair care product.:-)

The red clover cottage brands are newer, the young living have been months and moved (packed) multiple times. S
o they do look spent.
I'll be putting up two young living roll-on super soon that aren't.
