Winner will receive 10 usable us forever postage stamps ... stamps wil be sent by regular us mail with a stamp no tracking to listia verified address ...please don't bid if you plan to claim you didn't receive them.. I will dispute claim... in was unaware that you can print forever stamps at a postal kiosk .... i thought you could only print for the amount of what you needed at that time or to purchase regular stamps? are some states different on this ?

I'm not sure if they differ by state but at mine I can mail packages with tracking and print stamps even on a Sunday or a holiday...

ya those kioski things rock! they are open even when the post office is closed. as long as you can get into the door
