The listing, Charlotte Russe Fancy High Heels has ended.

Two pairs of fancy high heels from Charlotte Russe...VERY nice!!! One pair is black, the other is chocolate brown...Satin w/ a velvet like small tie bow and lacey ruffle around edge...I bought them because I thought they were SO cute but wore them only once or twice because I don't like to wear heels. It is a peg heel. They are a couple of years old, but as I said I only wore them a couple of times...BRAND NEW condition!!! Size 9...the shoe in the picture isn't the same xact shoe but looks VERY similar...just picture lacey trim and a velvety tie bow on the front. Sorry no exact picture at this time...will try to upload one when I can!
