Beautiful Sterling Silver Blue Stone (topaz?) Pendant

This was given to me quite a long time ago but I have no where to wear it anymore so I'm hoping someone else can enjoy it. Measures 5/8" and is just a gorgeous blue! I honestly don't think the pictures do it justice!

Marked 925 on the back of the bale. I don't know what kind of stone it is or even whether the stone is real or CZ. Either way it's a beautiful piece!
