can you use these for piano

Yes, you can, and I quite often have used organ music on piano. It might not be quite as full of a sound, but it is adequate. Especially if you double the pedal line with the L.H. bass part. I just checked over them to make sure b/c some organ music doesn't transfer very well. But these should do fine. Good question!
