I'm sorry, NO it is against Listia's rules to include any Nicotine aor any kind of E-Liquid, but E-liquid is very easy to find, either look up Vape shops or Lounges for your E-liquid, and there are so many Vape shops online where you can obtain your E-liquid. I do wish we could include E-liquid, but we have to follow Listia's rules and guidelines. I guess because of anything that is ingested because it could be tampered with, so it does make sense. Yes it is a VV that can be adjusted from 3.2v- 4.8v don't know where my head was at when I listed this, better do an update, thanks so much for pointing that out!

I have a Vision Spinner VV from 3.2 up to 4.8 listed right now that is a 1300 mAh Listed right nhis kind of kit.ow, and it is rainbow color. It comes with a Aspire BDC Clearomizer and a USB Charger. Go check that one out. I do have a 1300 mAh just like this one that has been lightly used. I am into Mods and Dripping so lightly used is an over statement, Barely used is more like it as I am more into Mods and dripping. PM me if you want to work out a deal!

You can all so choose your own nicotine levels in the juice you buy from 0% all the way up to 24% depending on how heavy a smoker you are then you can begin to taper your nic level down as you choose. These have helped millions of smokers and have saved so many lives including mine, I had a 40 year habit and had I not quit by using E-cigs I wouldn't be here today. So please give these a serious try and there are so so many flavors of juice to try. Yes it is refillable and it is Variable voltage which means you have the ability to switch from 3.2v up to 4.8v just by turning the dial at the bottom of the battery, and is comes with a passthrough USB cord that you can plug into you laptop or any USB port to allow you to continue to vape while your battery is charging.
