this item will ship from 47720 and weighs about 4 lbs with box. demensions with box are 20x12x4. I can ship priority or first class whichever you prefer but I will not be respinsible if you choose no tracking. thanks hope this helps

You can't ship something over 13 oz First-Class Mail. You could ship it Standard but that usually costs as much as Priority Mail (sometimes even more).

The case is very pretty. It's funny someone thinks they can get something similar for $10-$12. Art supplies are often expensive, especially if they come in a fancy case. You could probably get a RoseArt brand set for that price or less. But RoseArt is just about one of the cheapest kid art supply brands that exist.
